		<description>Oh yes, the green movement is afoot. In what year do you think green will be commonplace? I know it is not going anywhere. At first there was a lot of hype about whether or not it was worth it. I think now people are realizing that it&#039;s worth it, so they are participating in it, as you said. But when will it be so common that we don&#039;t even think about it -- do you think we are already there? There are some states that basically require LEED certification on all new buildings. Green is here to stay...I hope that actual &quot;green&quot; phrase goes though.</description>
